Location & Hours of Operation

Our main office is located in Canada with warehouses located in British Columbia and California. Our hours of operation are M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Orders received by 9:00am PST will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the very next business day. We prefer, and found that most of our customers prefer email as a means of communication. Therefore, we do not post our phone number on our site. This allows us to keep our costs low by not having dedicated telephone staff and large long distance bills. Almost all questions can be answered quickly and efficiently through email.
