Poppies Shop was formed with 3 friends who have over 25 years combined experience in dried floral arrangements. Together we have helped to select some of the finest dried flowers for beautiful weddings used in exquisit bouquets. This site is our flagship endevour into the e-commerce way of business. Though separately we have owned boutiques in several parts of Canada our focus is to bring the highest quality dried flowers including dried poppy pods and poppies seed.

Commitment

Our commitment is 100% to our customers. If we don't have our poppy pods in stock and it's not posted on our website then your order is free. If your poppies have not been shipped within 3 business days of the date in which your order was placed, your order is free (other dried products take longer to ship. Please contact us for more information). We will do our best every time you order and treat every customer like they are our best customer. These words have been over used in every industry and we feel most companies do not live up to their promises. We write our intentions on our site so our customers can keep us to our promises. If you are ever unhappy with an order placed through Poppies Shop.com we will work with our customers to make it right. We want to keep every customer we gain as a returning customer who is happy to recommend their friends to our service. We are sure that after you try our service you'll be happy you did.

Location, contact information and hours of operation

Our main office is located in Canada with warehouses located in British Columbia and California. Our hours of operation are M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Orders received by 11:59pm PST will be shipped the next business day. We prefer, and found that most of our customers prefer email as a means of communication. Therefore, we do not post our phone number on our site. This allows us to keep our costs low by not having dedicated telephone staff and large long distance bills. Almost all questions can be answered quickly and efficiently through email. We look forward to providing you with the highest quality poppies, poppy seed, dried flowers and customer service that each and every one of our customers deserve.
