WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
To calculate the cost of shipping, place your
item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the Cart, you can see what the estimated
shipping cost will be. You can also find out the cost of different shipping methods
(Ground, Second-Day, Next-Day, etc.). Please note that you must first enter your shipping information. None of this information is
submited to us until the order is completed (after the shipping cost is displayed)
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS HELD AT CUSTOMS?
Since we no longer ship our products across the border (except for seed) there are no chances of your order being held up due to customs delays. Please note that all
products on our website ship to U.S. addresses except for those listed on our "Shipping to Canada" section.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS?
Once your pre-ordered product is available, you will
be notified with an e-mail that it has been shipped. Pre-ordered items will not be delivered prior to
us receiving our stock.
If you select an enhanced shipping method, your poppies and
dried flower items will be shipped by the selected method on the date we have them available.
All pre-orders benefit from our Pre-Order Price Guarantee. This means that if the price drops by the
release date on any pre-order title you purchased, you'll pay the lower price.
If you have received a tracking number from us and wish to find out the location of your package. An easy
to use tracking form is available on our site.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT WAYS YOU SHIP TO ME?
Except for our seed orders, all products are shipped via UPS signed delivery. Generally there are 4 basic levels of service for shipping
your orders from PoppiesShop.com. You may choose from ground, 3 day, second-day or next-day
shipping. Some of our items can be shipped via ground shipping only which typically will take from 5 - 7 business days.
Seed orders are shipped (free of charge) by regular post.
Other restrictions may apply based on the order destination.
Please note that only week days are taken into account as shipping days. For example if you choose 2nd day delivery on a order shipped Friday, you will receive
your package on the following Tuesday.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER TO RECEIVE SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Orders received by 9:00am PST will be shipped on the same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the very next
business day.
WILL YOU USE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR OTHER PURPOSES?
Poppies Shop is a Canadian owned company. Therfore, all information is held in the strictest
confedence according to Canadian privacy laws (Some of the strictest in the world). Your information will never
be used for any other purpose other than to ship you the products ordered. We will never sell, rent, give, etc, your
information or send you unsolicited mailings unless you have requested to receive our newsletter. Rest assured
your private information is safe with us.
DO SOME ORDERS TAKE LONGER TO SHIP THAN OTHERS?
Yes. Due to the very large amount of products we sell. We only carry our best selling products.
All the poppy pods and papaver somniferum poppy seeds you see on our site are always in stock and ready to be shipped. However
if there is ever a problem with an order placed on our site we will contact you A.S.A.P. Also, beside each product there
is a status of when the estimated delivery will be. If you every have any questions about when to expect any of our
