We will not answer questions regarding non-ornamental use of poppies.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order from Poppies Shop we will try our best to come to a resolution. However in the unlikely event that we can not come to a resolution we will refund the cost of your product less shipping charges provided that the order is sent back to us in it's original condition and in its entirety. Please note that returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and do not include shipping charges.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped from our location by the next business day from when the order was placed. Once any order for dried poppy pods or dried flowers has left our location it is bound by the terms and conditions of the UPS guarantee dependant on the shipping options selected. Seeds are shipped via regular post and generally take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Currency
All orders are billed in US funds.

Right to Refuse
Poppies Shop holds the right to refuse any order. In the case that Poppies Shop chooses to refuse an order the customer will be contacted, and their credit card refunded in a prompt manner. Poppies Shop may choose to refuse an order because of an error in pricing information, product availability, product size or shipping costs, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Poppies Shop be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on, the Information, or from the use of the Internet generally.
